VisionBoard is designed for paid access to admin-only WhatsApp groups. WhatsApp groups may expose member phone numbers, profile names, and profile photos to other members. Customers must accept this visibility before joining.
Information collected
The production service should collect only the information needed to manage paid access: name, email address, WhatsApp number, chosen tier, payment status, and support messages.
Use of information
Subscriber details should be used to verify payment, send the correct group invite, provide support, remove expired subscriptions, and communicate operational updates.
POPIA and WhatsApp visibility
If you are in South Africa, your WhatsApp number and account details are personal information under POPIA. By joining a package group, you understand that your mobile number and WhatsApp profile details may be visible to other members of that private group, even though only admins can post messages.
