These terms govern use of the VisionBoard website, checkout flow, account system, paid subscription records, and WhatsApp groups. By creating an account, joining a group, or paying for access, you agree to these terms.
Service description
VisionBoard provides SEC filing alerts and market research context, including tiered Form 4 insider activity notifications, public filing links, technical context, fundamentals, news snippets, and AI-assisted summaries. Demo tickers, companies, filings, and screenshots on this website may be fictional and are for product illustration only.
Accounts and WhatsApp number
You must provide a valid email address and WhatsApp number when signing up. Your WhatsApp number is used to verify group access, manage subscriptions, and support operational notices about your subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
Subscriptions and payments
Access is sold per package and may be offered monthly or annually. A payment gateway may manage recurring billing, card tokenisation, renewals, failed-payment handling, cancellations, and webhook events. VisionBoard keeps its own subscription entitlement records with start and end dates so group access can be granted, renewed, suspended, or removed.
Prices may change for new purchases. Founder or launch pricing may be limited to selected users, periods, or capacity. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, annual subscriptions are billed upfront and monthly subscriptions renew monthly.
No investment advice
VisionBoard is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial planner, or trading signal service. Alerts are provided for information and research only. Nothing on the website or in WhatsApp groups is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, or otherwise trade any security or financial instrument.
Trading risk
Securities trading involves risk, including possible loss of capital. Insider activity can be useful research context, but it does not guarantee future price movement. You are responsible for your own due diligence and trading decisions.
Public filing sources and data accuracy
SEC filings are public records. VisionBoard may enrich alerts with market data, news, technical context, fundamentals, and AI-assisted summaries, but the original filing remains the source of truth. Data feeds may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, interpreted incorrectly, or contain errors.
WhatsApp groups and POPIA notice
VisionBoard uses private WhatsApp groups for package-specific alerts. By subscribing, you understand and consent that you may be added to a private WhatsApp group where all alerts for your selected package will be posted.
- Each paid package may use a separate private WhatsApp group.
- Groups are configured so only VisionBoard admins can post alerts and operational notices.
- Members cannot post into the group, reducing spam and off-topic messages.
- Your mobile number, WhatsApp name, profile photo, or other WhatsApp profile details may be visible to other members of the same group.
- You agree not to scrape, export, misuse, or share other members' personal information.
- Invite links must not be shared outside the paid access process.
For South African POPIA purposes, your WhatsApp number and account details are personal information. VisionBoard processes this information to provide paid access, manage subscriptions, deliver alerts, prevent unauthorised access, and communicate service notices. WhatsApp/Meta may process information under its own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy and communications
We may use your email address and WhatsApp number for account, billing, security, subscription, group access, and service communications. We do not need to sell your personal information to operate this service. You may request correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, billing, and audit requirements.
Acceptable use
You may not resell group access, copy alerts into competing services, share private invite links, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the system, abuse support channels, or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and changes
VisionBoard may change packages, pricing, data providers, alert formatting, group structure, or delivery channels. We aim for timely alerts but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific delivery times, or error-free output.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refund handling may depend on the payment gateway and the plan terms shown at checkout. If a subscription is cancelled or payment fails, access may continue until the current paid end date unless fraud, abuse, chargeback, or material breach requires earlier removal.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VisionBoard is not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, delayed alerts, data errors, WhatsApp delivery issues, third-party outages, or decisions made using the service.
